Wellesley High School PTSO Directory

The WHS PTSO uses a service called Membership Toolkit to provide online access to the WHS PTSO directory. 

 

To access the 2023-2024 WHS PTSO directory, please visit:  whsptso.membershiptoolkit.com

 

There is also the option to access the directory from a smart device through a free Membership Toolkit app available in the App Store.

To create an account with Membership Toolkit as a first time user, please use the following instructions:

​

1. Go to whsptso.membershiptoolkit.com.

2. Click on the Register/Login button.

3. If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit, you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.

4. Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.

5. Click "Verify My Email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

6. Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. 

7. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.

8. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.

9. Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
