The WHS PTSO and WHS Challenge Success Team invite you to join us on Thursday, November 21st at 7pm in the WHS Auditorium for an evening with Drs. Anthony Rao and Paul Napper, who will present on their work, The Power of Agency. Drs. Rao and Napper will share important principles and practices of Agency that create greater confidence and success in an ever anxious and stressful world.

Are you interested in learning about your "Personal Agency"?

The Agency Principles Inventory (API) is a new measure that tracks how we use agency-building practices in our lives. Agency is the ability to act as an effective agent for yourself - getting your mind, body, and emotions in balance to think clearly, advocate for yourself, and make choices that create a successful and meaningful life. This is a fun exercise with no right or wrong answers. You can't fail! Here is the link.

Please take this survey by Friday November 15th, so that Drs. Rao and Napper can aggregate results and share them on November 21st. The survey is anonymous, and only group results will be reported.
